The Time Has Come...

Thank you to the many, many people who have sent tie clips and Skittles to USA Network and who have written to let us know.  You are awesome!  But we think the time has come to stop.

I think I've been procrastinating about this far too long;  that by writing this blog post, I am giving up on Criminal Intent.  Is that possible for any of us?

The powers that be have disassembled the set and sold all the props.  The actors have moved on.  We are so lucky to have had our Season 10.  Did you all notice how much lighter and brighter the production was?  We saw behind the scenes videos, interviews with the actors, a more expressive Goren and were treated to Twitter sessions with our beloved cast members.  Yes, we've been very lucky.
We know that Vincent has plans for a new television series, starring himself and Ethan Hawke, called Blue Tilt which we hope to see in production next year.  Chris Brancato, the show runner for S10 of Criminal Intent is also involved in Blue Tilt.

Thank you to everyone who took part in the Criminal Intent Binder Project and the Tie Clips and Skittles Campaign! Our blog started in protest with the Fluff Campaign (first suggested by Nantz) and we never stopped. This has been our hearts' work and we hope we made a difference.  Your support fuelled our fire and it's been the most amazing experience.

If you follow the cast, you can visit the following blogs for up-to-date information on Vincent D'Onofrio and Kathryn Erbe's current projects:

Lovely Kathryn - by our own Antje who keeps us updated so well on Kathryn Erbe's public appearances.

Perhaps in a few years we'll get a Criminal Intent movie! In the meantime, see you at the reruns!

Without Criminal Intent,
Susan, Barbi, Antje, Hannah and Suzanne

We leave you with the following clip from Vincent and Kathryn.

  1. Sniffle, I won't say good buy, but a see you is on my lips.

  2. I was shocked we even got a Season 10 and I will always believe it was because of the outpouring and hard work from all the fans. You all did a fantastic job and were rewarded in the most awesome ways. I think I'd give anything to have Bobby Goren's desk to sit at and work on my site. Though I look forward to the new show being picked up; I can never forget the great character of Bobby Goren...he is unequaled as far as I'm concerned. Watching the reruns and marathons only strengthens that opinion. It's been an unexpected wild ride and in the end we got what we wanted. Hats off to all of you.

  3. Ohhh, it's so hard to say goodbye. We had been so fortunate to be given what we had in Season 10.
I want to thank you all for efforts in this project. We gave it a good shot.
I would love to invite all Vincent fans over to my fan page on FB
Just "friend request" and I'd love to have you join the club.
    My best to all.

  4. I had hoped for one more season, or rather was an illusion, given the promotion that you have given this last season with participation in twitter and all that I think hiso were preparing for another season, hurts, as you will still see repetitions, and a funny thing happens to me, which I understand as the more the behavior of Goren, Eames yal just as ever it was she who carried forward and allowed to develop full capacity Goren was a great companion. Also to see the new series presented as trying to emulate the personality of Goren, but I can not reach him, he is unique. I love watching the series and secure forever. Hopefully the movie will come IQ. Thank you for sharing with us that viimos and through you we could be closer to our beloved Bobby Detective Goren.

  5. Well this series could have continued if L & O reaches 20 seasons, going for 11 EUV u12, CI because it not?. Piensoque them, the producers are the ones we would have to thank us for the endurance and faithfulness. I LOVE MORE Goren and dies !!!!!
